As the term is used here, Happiness is an overall evaluation that exhibits some measure of stability over time, though it is strongly influenced by environmental events and responsive to therapeutic events. Taken together, it is generally accepted that happiness refers to a subjective and global judgment that one is experiencing a good deal of positive emotion and relatively little negative emotion.
